Refund
I have a buyer who.sent an offer which I accepted. They did not follow through and pay for it and it expired. They purchased next day for full price. They said they thought they were paying the offer price and bought at full price and want me to refund the difference. I've looked for an option to refund and cannot find it and my buyers get my shipping discount so I can't refund from that. I honestly don't feel I should have to refund since he didn't pay in time but I don't want a negative from this. Do I have to wait till he receives it to give them a partial refund?
