Refund
I was trying to purchase an electric scooter battery. The total price was one 2795 after submitting the purchase of the item a few hours later I received a message from eBay saying the order was canceled but they took out the $127.95 From my Capital One account, this is on 26 September. This is four day later. I haven’t received a credit back since the order was canceled. I do have documentation message that was sent back to my email and it’s on eBay account

If you paid with a credit/debit card, the money is refunded to your card. Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
