Dear Community, Hi! I won several auctions, made the payment, waited for the shipment. I received a message that the Seller is returning the money because I have a problem with the address. I have no problem with the address, this is a lie. The seller blocked my ability to place bids and does not respond to messages. I do not understand the reason, the refund has not yet arrived.
Who has encountered similar behavior from the Seller and how to get through to Ebay in this situation?

Nowadays your country is blocked by many sellers. You cannot change that.
Reporting sellers is useless because sellers are allowed to make such choices.
