    I did an order for a lawnmower, as a guest, not too long ago. eBay later emailed me later saying it was an issue with the seller account and the item was no longer available. It was possible that my item had been shipped. The delivery date was July 26th. However I still haven’t received the item. My question is, how do I go about a refund if the seller information is no longer available and I order as a guest?
