Refund
I am in the process of a return. I had to get a new debit card due to fraudulent transaction. I added my new card number to my EBay account. Will my refund go on the new card on file and not the old card I use to make the purchase?

No. If the card issuer rejects the refund, eBay can put the refund in your paypal account or send you a check.
Wait about 5 days after the refund notice, then ask customer service to check if it was rejected.
