Refund
An item was never sent. Not even a tracking number. Asked Ebay for help. Just keep getting a loop saying it might still be sent. Robot doesn't help Asked for a call 3 times. Nothing. Any help?

Did you file an 'item not received' claim from your Purchase History? THAT is what you do when you don't receive an item you've purchased.
Considering the trouble you're having filing a basic claim ... you may want to phone your credit card company to request a chargeback.
