Refund
A buyer wanted a refund due to an inaccuracy. I was happy to do that and refunded her. She agreed to post the item back . I have not received it and she is not answering any messages. Lesson learned I fear

Mentor2 years agoNever refund until the item is returned first, if you want it back. Always have these sort of thing go through the ebay return system, don't just refund on your own. Best you can do now is see if buyer will return it if you send a prepaid return label.
