Refund
I am trying to get a refund on an item that I purchased by around $800 the seller had stated if I bought this whole kit together I'd received a one year warranty now he is claiming he made no such promise the part does not fit that is not a correct part original manufactured part I have tried contacting eBay motors they are saying since it is past the 30 days there is nothing they can do can someone please help with some advice trying to get a refund the part does not work it is not original part

Mentor3 years agoNo one can force a seller to honor an extended warranty, but if the item you received is not as described in the listing, contact your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described. Most card can help for 90 - 180 days after purchase.
