Refund
When the person won the auction on the bag they told me they couldn't pay, something came up. Then they messaged me saying they can't figure out how to cancel so they will buy it. They received item and claiming there's a rip in the bag. I wiped down entire bag inside and out and my mom and sister both looked it over. I can't say for sure but I think their trying to get over. Any feedback would help and I believe I have no returns but not sure it applies. Thanks
