How can I get in contact with a live representative I been having an issue for a seller who refuses to refund me money after I send the item back and won’t reply to me any more

Mentor2 years agoIf you started a case and used the label provided by eBay, and the seller does not refund you within three business days of the tracking showing delivery back to the seller, ask eBay to step in and refund you.
