I posted the item as in town . No shipping.
the buyer somehow paid for shipping, but it doesn’t show on the fee and it says to scan buyers code

If it is the front grill, the buyer could not have paid for shipping because you did offer it for local pickup only.
Some buyers don’t notice this and buy an item much too far away to pick up. If your buyer is not local, message him and ask if he realizes that he bought an item offered only for pickup, and will he be in your area to pick it up? If he says no, let him know you will cancel his purchase for him, then cancel the transaction selecting problem with buyer’s address as the reason.
