Refund
Needing help. Someone purchased an item. I already printed the eBay label for shipping. Buyer wants a refund, “bought on accidentâ€. It will not let me refund the money. Is this normal? I am trying to do the right thing.

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
Now go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, click Cancel order, select Buyer's request, submit. The buyer's payment will automatically be refunded back to the funding source.
