Refund
I paid $23 for replacement cleats, wrong ones sent. Buyer said they would refund me, but when money was refunded, I only got back $5. The buyer needs to stand by their word and refund the total amt to the purchaser. NOT happy at all.

Did you open a return request? If not, do that now - go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Always open a return, even if you are willing to keep the item for a partial refund - then eBay can help when there is a problem.
