Refund
I placed a order. Hasn't shipped asked for tracking. Got nothing. Seller stated that they posted out of town updates. But not on my item. After one shows but I have both pics. Day I bought with no header. Then one after. I want my money & the seller is silent. 02-11153-63778. Won't take my pics. Let me know I'd I need to forward to you.

If your package is late arriving this is what you do:
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay
