Anyone know how to get hold of someone to get a refund? I paid for some Skechers. Kept checking the site for shipping date. Never shipped. Contacted seller from the site. She hasn't been a seller in years. Someone using her old account!! Now I can't get hold of ANYONE to get my money back!!

OP2 years agoPS.... I've left messages in every feedback box, review boxes, called #s I could find only to be automated and it said to email. Can't find email. For over a week I've tried all means I could find. If you know a way around all this please advise. The wall I keep hitting is that it hasn't been 30 days so I can't request refund. Since I know I've been scammed I don't think I should have to wait. These people have my financial info.!!!

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

OP2 years agoThere's not a delivery date. They haven't even shipped. The bar under "purchase, shipped, delivered" stops halfway between purchase and shipped and it's been 25 days now. They got my money but not shipping shoes

Mentor2 years agoThere should be an estimated delivery date. When you go to Purchase history and click on Order Details, you don't see an estimated delivery date? Once it is past 30 days, ebay won't be able to help you.

OP2 years agoThere is not a delivery date. I took screenshot but non way to upload to show you. Or if there is I'm not tech savvy so missing it. BUT, now there is a message stating they are looking into this. It makes me sad that people take advantage of others and take their money. This site looked legit. I've never had a problem before. Bet I don't order ever again from here.

OP2 years agoThey never even shipped so there's no delivery date. I believe this site was hacked! Waiting on help from eBay I guess. I am an angry and disappointed customer.
