Help with refund explain to seller purchase item does not work or function seller keeps sending me messages it does work I explained to him I want a refund and he keeps giving same answer I feel he does not want it back but he listed it works I need help getting a refund because it does not work and the eBay information site is very hard to understand and for me to get the proper form filled out please help me with this so I can get a refund thank you

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
