I bought something off a seller a 5gram silver geiger bar I got a offer I accepted his offer and then a few days go by and he canceled my order and relisted on his page for more money and now I have to wait until I get the money back in my account before I can buy one something is really wrong if this is not a problem

When he cancelled the order, he should have used the reason that the item was out of stock or damaged. If he used the reason that you requested the cancellation or that there was a problem with your address, report the seller for misrepresenting the reason for the cancellation as well.
