Refund
Hi I requested a refund on a perfume purchase. It was clearly not NIB. It says seller was removed for policy violation. My money was refunded. But the seller has not responded, telling me how to return this purchase. I've emailed 2 times with no response. I wish Ebay had a phone number. Do you know how I or where I send this perfume back?

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller is no longer registered, you do not need to send it back. Generally when eBay processes the refund, they do not expect you to return the item since they have not given you a label.
