    waiting for my refund from e-bay, spoke to agent on the 17th , , another agent on the 26th ,the first agent said between 7 -10 days maybe less , its now 12 days , hale heard back .

    Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.

    Answer questions if showing up.

    Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

    Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.
