I Recently purchased some carpet tiles. On arrival it was obvious that the tiles were significantly different to the tiles advertised with reference to the colour. I have started return with the seller and have received a return label. However the tiles are much too heavy (2x22kg) for Royal Mail to handle and I was advised the carpet tiles would have to be returned using Royal Mail parcel force. I have made multiple requests to the buyer to arrange a collection but all I have had is a succession of emails offering me particle refunds and/or complete silence.
Is there anything I can do either through eBay or consumer rights to get this situation resolved?
