Refund
So I’m getting a refund for an item I purchased that the seller never sent . The refund is going to a card that I no longer have because it was canceled due to fraud. I have my new card linked to the same account. Will it be refunded to that account?

You should have no problem receiving the refund onto your new card … but you can always verify this with your credit card company to be sure. [It’s always hard to speak for ALL credit card companies.]
