Refund
I bought a phone last mont but the description was not acurate and the seller sold a used phone instead of a new one. I made a claum to eBay cause I thougt it was a scam and the seller agree to accept to return the item and give a refund but the shipping gas a delay a he open a case a since them there was no tracking number on my eBay cart. I sent it back and give the tracking number to the seller and have the confirmation it was delivered today. The seller dont answer and Iam still waiting for my refund. I send a couple of mails to eBay but I have no replay at all.
