Refund
Hi
Short story.. I sent item with a minor hole I did not see. I offered a refund through eBay I would be shipping cost. Buyer wanted me to give him refund through PayPal.. I told I couldn’t do PayPal we would have to stay in eBay platform. Got upset and said I’m gonna write a negative review. How can I go about his negative review?
