Refund
A buyer purchased 3 items for sale and would like combined shipping but already paid. How can I issue a refund for mailing amount? I am not a high volume seller. Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoSimply go to your Orders page, click the Actions drop down & one of the options is Send Refund. Click it & fill out the form. If you allow returns, you may want to do multiple refunds, pro-rated for each item appropriately. You can do this before or after it's been mailed.
