How do I get a refund on an item I purchased without signing into ebay? My account shows no record of purchase. I will never do that again. What he sent me was complete junk.

Mentor3 years agoIn order to file a Returns Request, you will have to sign into ebay and start the process. You state that the item does not show in your My ebay > Purchase history ? If so, it sounds like you may need help from customer service.
