I order 3 items from the 20th to 16 of December and one, the 19th of January and I haven't received none of my money back. I talked to your company eBay, I talked to a representative that works for you. [Removed by Moderator] I talked to him and he said that my refund was going to come in in 48 hours now, it's been more than that. It's been a whole week now going on a whole week. I mean, and I haven't received anything,[Removed by Moderator]. Please, I'm trying to be patient. I'm trying to understand what's going on. He said that you guys from ebay was gonna take care of it that I should be having my Refund in 48 hours and I haven't received it please. If it was $5, I wouldn't have said nothing, but it's $420. He because he refunded me $462
