I bought shipping label from eBay. The package was returned twice. Why I have to pay eBay’s fees and shipping costs????? I’m not agreeing with this. That’s your fault. Give me a call!!!!

Mentor3 weeks ago@stealth-21 If you shipped to the address provided at checkout and the package was returned to you then you are under no obligation to pay to ship the item again.
I would have just refunded the buyer the item price ( no outbound shipping) and relisted so they could buy again.
At this point you might want to contact the buyer and have them send you the $ to reship to a different address via PayPal or other electronic payment option. Buy the new shipping label on Pirateship dot com

Why did you ship it again without fixing the problem?
