How come eBay won't let me issue my buyer a refund when they have already paid for the item, I am unable to ship it because I no longer have all the items.

Mentor2 years agoGo to Sellers Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order. Click the down-arrow, click Cancel order. Select Out of stock/damaged, Submit. ebay will file the cancellation. If buyer already paid, you will need to refund the buyer out of your funds, and then ebay will reimburse you.
