my son accidentally made an offer on an item and the seller accepted the offer and ebay did an automatic deduction on my credit card i cancelled the order and the seller rejected the cancellation claiming that my card was charged GPB53 and he recieved GPB41 so he cant accept the refund because ebay wants to charge him extra and he has alot of bad reviews so in such a case how to i go about tried contacting an agent and they cant reach me please your advice or assitance will be highly appreciated

First, change your password and don’t let anyone have access to the new password. Log out every time you’re away from the screen.
It is all but impossible to accidentally make an offer.
If the seller won’t cancel, and they are not required to, you will have to pay. Maybe you can sell it and recoup some of the money.
