How do you reduce some of your items by 10%, for example?

Mentor2 years agoHow many items do you want to reduce by 10% ?
Go to Seller Hub > Listings > Active
Mark the box in front of each listing. Go up to the EDIT box and click the arrow, Edit selected, Mark the boxes in front of the listings. Click BULK EDIT arrow, click the Buy It Now price, click Lower by, enter 10%, Apply, Submit.

Since you do not have an Ebay Store subscription, you cannot use the Markdown Manager.
You will just have to revise the prices of your listings.
