Redeeming a gift card after a return
I received a gift card from a return, but when I try to add the gift card to my account it is saying the number is invalid. The number was obtained from an email that I received from ebay on the date of the return and the only number I can find is when I click on "details of the return" that say gift card and gives a 10 digit number under the gift card icon. However when I enter that number it says "please enter a valid gift code number". Cannot get any help from Ebay.

Mentor4 months agoThe gift card would have been added automatically to your Ebay account and will be available to you to use on your next Ebay purchase.
