Summary: golan-heights expresses frustration with a platform for displaying a negative feedback on all their listings, which they believe was unfairly given due to a scam. Despite maintaining a positive record for 20 years, this single negative review, allegedly facilitated by the platform, is significantly impacting their sales.

Every listing i make, ebay puts my one and only negative feedback AT THE BOTTOM OF EVERY ITEM I HAVE FOR SALE.
THAT FEEDBACK WAS A SCAM, AND EBAY HELPED THE SCAMMER.
20 YEARS WITH 100% POS FEEDBACK.

ONE SCAMMER RUINS IT VIA A SCAM, AND EBAY SANCTIONS IT, AND PUTS IT ON EVERY ITEM I TRY TO SELL.
A NICE BIG NEGATIVE, NO POSITIVE, AT THE BOTTOM OF EVERY ITEM I TRY TO SELL.

If what you wrote in your reply to the feedback is true and it can be proven, you should be able to get the feedback removed. To remove negative or neutral feedback on eBay, go to Seller Help to request automated or manual removal if the comment breaks policy.
When you get to the text box you can post your reply to the feedback leaving out "This clown" and everything after solely to leave me a negative. If you have proof such as the address you shipped to, being the same as the return address on the item you bought and returned mention that.
