Red flag on postage

Question

I'm trying to list an item and I keep getting a red flag about postage. I've never had this issue before, always do the same thing on postage, I select the carrier and select "buyer pays" and enter an amount. What ever I do the red flag keeps coming up and I can't list the item.

This: Looks like something is missing. Please fix any issues and try again. Domestic shipping cost I have entered the cost and checked the box that says I don't have the dimensions. I have done exactly what I do on every item I list regarding shipping and still get this message. Thanks for any help you can give me!
