Red exclamation mark sending offer
Trying to send an offer via the “send an offer†link on my watch page. I complete the offer for the newly watched buyer and it gets rejected with a red exclamation mark “1 offer not sentâ€. This is the first day it has happened, but it has happened multiple times on multiple listings.

It could be that the listing isn't eligible. Also, has the item been in the buyer's cart for at least 2 days?
"Not all listings are eligible. Eligibility depends on a number of factors, including the age and format of the listing, as well as limits on the number of offers buyers can receive. Items must be in the buyer's cart for at least 2 days to send an offer."
