Recourse for non-returnable items
Is there any recourse when you purchase an item that doesn't work properly and the seller stated in their offer that they don't accept returns?

Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
