Recourse for buyers abusing return policy for description doesn't match
I have had 2 recent purchases by sellers that say the description does not match due to color.
Pictures and UPCs on product are shown.
To me this is a buyer changed their mind and I should not be paying shipping both ways.
One of the sellers didn't return the item in the original box costing me double what the shipping cost was to them.
I escalated the first to Ebay and they say there is nothing they can do but mark the sellers account.
Any advice or help is appreciated.
