Purchased an item that was listed as in perfect working order & arrived non-functional/broken. It wasn't a USPS issue it's just DOA. Seller doesn't accept refunds & they've ignored by messages. It should have been a indicator somehting was wrong when it took 8 days for them to get it to USPS. What recourse do I have?
