recouping shipping fees from Ebay
I shipped buyer's item via my work UPS account at my expense. How and when can I, the seller, get the shipping fees the buyer paid to Ebay?

You will get the buyer's shipping money automatically in your payout.
When "the Buyer pays for shipping", that money is given to you/the seller.
- Then you pay for the shipping label (on eBay, a 3rd party, or whatever)
Be sure to add the tracking number to the Order.
