This account was registered in 2010 in the Philippines but has received no feedback in at least the last five years.

yes I been active member of ebay since year 2010 but lately I was not able to update having difficulty update of using my PayPal for payment in ebay ,
I would like to Request ebay to back track Record my purchases of 1 Rolex Datejust and 1 Omega Geneva Swiss which I lost ! and I could not view in my previous purchases and I would like ebay to provide me of our past Record

You will need to contact eBay directly if you want eBay to do something for you.
This is a user forum.
You should consider the possibility that you made that purchase using a different eBay account, and check that account for your Purchase History.
