My problem is I returned a record to a buyer He was supposed to send it back to me I gave him his money back he never returned The record can't get a hold of eBay to do anything about it I reported it and that's as far as it went meanwhile I lose on the cost that I paid for the record and the shipping charge that I mailed it to him with free shipping how do I go about contacting eBay to get something done about this They seem to just ignore it

Mentor8 months agoIf you already refunded the buyer before the buyer returned the item, they are not required to return the item.
Most sellers do not refund before receiving the returned item.
