Recognising a second computer
I use 2 computers, one at my place of business and one at home. Ebay says they don't recognise my home computer even though I jump thru all the hoops with the appropriate names and passwords. Now my account is locked. When asked to update my email, they say that my correct email has already been taken. What is my next step? Thanks!

Are you certain you are signing in to the same eBay account on both devices?
That email message is the one you receive when you try to register a new eBay account using an email address associated with an existing account, or when trying to change the email address of an existing account using an email address associated with another existing account.
If you are getting a "new device" message, that is usually caused by signing in from a browser with no cookies from a previous sign in from that IP-address. Often either a browser is set to erase cookies after closing, a cleaner program is erasing cookies periodically, or the network IP-address is being changed (possibly by using a VPN or a hotspot, or a network device reboot).
If none of that seems to apply, your eBay cookie in your browser may be corrupt; in that case, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies once, or else try using a different browser.
