I have the refund open to get my tag and send it back to the one he sell it to me with the broken item and the time it’s not working and nobody answer I didn’t recommend to use this guy anymore. Even eBay app is not good anymore. nobody answered. Nobody say anything.

Mentor5 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
