Recieving an item not ordered but charged for

I received an item in the mail I did not order , my debit card was charged.how can this happen there are only two places t h at have my card# e bay and an auto parts seller since my new card well now three with the item I didn't order. What would you do?

It sounds like the seller may have accidentally mixed up 2 shipping labels. Go to your Purchase history. Do you have an item that has not yet arrived? If so, I would click on the CONTACT SELLER and see if that seller may have shipped out the item you received. If so, you can file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, the seller will accept the return and provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return. Once you are refunded, the seller can relist the item and then you repurchase the item.
