Recieved two small packages with eBay packing slips that I did not order

Question

This is really weird, I had two packages show up yesterday with packing slips with eBay on them. I did not order and there is no return or contact info. There is not a billing charge on my card, at least yet. Order ID info brings up nothing on the Ebay site. Any ideas out there? Is this some form of phishing?

Thank you, Im sure that reasoning makes sense, above my pay grade though. To your point, the package contained parts of very little value, an old oil filter and a tool you would never use. .

I would set those packages aside. My guess is that someone needed to show that a package was shipped, so they picked your name/address to use in order to upload tracking.
