Was it addressed to someone else but with your address? If you haven’t opened it yet, write return to sender on it and put it back in the mail.
If it was addressed to you, but it contained something you did not order, are you expecting any purchases? PErhaps the seller sent you the wrong item?
One other possibility - does the label have a return ID on it? It is usually in the lower left corner of the label.
