Recieved payment but item never picked up
I sold a pair of speakers ( about 2 years ago) and was paid via PayPal. Buyer was supposed to arrange pick up of speakers. The speakers were never picked up. I tried to contact buyer on multiple occasions. No response. I still have the speakers. I should not have waited so long, but ...... What is the best method to identify buyer or return payment? Thanks
