Recieved my item broker . Contacted the seller and sent pictures she said she thought I had to send
Item arrived broken I contacted the seller it was a pink fairy light . I sent her pictures , she said she thought I had to submit a claim but that has never been the case before I just want my money back

Mentor11 months agoDid you send photos of the damaged item, the outer packaging, the inner packaging, the shipping label?
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller does not want to pay return shipping to get the item back, s/he can simply Refund you, and then log into the USPS.COM website and look for the link to file an insurance claim, uploading the photos you sent. (Set everything aside just in case the USPS wants to inspect all of it).
