Recieved Movie Series that was COPYWRITED. How should i deal with this?
I previously purchased the series 1-5 of Yellowstone from this individual that has straight up ripped me off. Wanted to & did refund me $20 when i never agreed to that period i wanted what i paid for it i have solid proof that it was copyrighted. Almost all of the DVDs have episodes missing on them one of DVDs didn't even work at all and the last one was the proof that it was copywritten when it finally pulled up on this TV there was a file on the left side on the right side there were reels for each episode for that last disc. I'm outraged put 40 bucks to the series plus I got the 1923 and 1883 as far as I know I think that those two are correct but I have not went through I've only seen all of the Yellowstone series 1 through 5 a long time ago and I know that this series I got from eBay from this person was missing a lot and wasn't correct at all. Please help I don't know how to handle this but I'm upset about it

Mentor11 months agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
