In that case the Item is not as described - does not match description or pictures ... so you file a return for Item not as described ... Seller will have to provide you with a paid shipping label for the return. Don't message them, just file the return. If they do not accept the return ask eBay to step in.
If you return the shoes then the Seller will have 48 hours to refund you and if they don't you ask eBay to step in to force the refund.

My problem is the Jordan shoes are fine &I dont have a beef about that...However in sellers description it reads: Comes w/OG box!! and it was sent in a N B (New Balance) box...Jordan EMPTY boxes sell for 20-30 dollars alone on EBAY....This is one of the reasons I picked this seller over others...I am just wanting him to send the box and its all good,but,EBAY will not let me contact him because it is a no return sale...Thank you for replying.........

I understand.
Go to that item in your Purchase history and use the Report item link on it to alert eBay of an issue with this Seller ... if they did that to you, they will doubtless do it to others.
