Recieved fake product
Bought a 3 oz tube of lavender sage Lume. It was sent in a bubble pouch. When I opened it, it was smashed and squirted out. Upon further inspection I realized the seal was on it but loose. The product is definitely fake. Lume is thick, white, sticky and has a strong odor. This stuff is yellowish, thin and smells like cheap lotion. It is 100% fake. I also noticed the tube was kinda bloated so I thought to weigh it on a postal scale. It contains 1/2 ounce more than it should. It was obviously refilled. I went through the seller and asked for a refund. They said it was still useable and they would give a 10% refund! (1.50!) I told them that wasn’t acceptable and haven’t heard anything else for over 24 hours. My question is if I leave them bad feedback does that void my protection from EBay? I looked way back in their feedback and found one other that sounded just like mine. If I don’t leave feedback someone else will fall for it. This has left me not knowing if I will continue buying off EBAY. I don’t trust anything now after being a long time buyer. This was just nasty and I feel violated.

Doesn't seem authentic.
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:
